Operating from offices in Fort Lauderdale and Lake City, Daniel oversees HDK Capital’s strategic growth, brand direction, and legal compliance while managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, flex, and commercial assets. His leadership extends to agent development, partnership integration, and the creation of high-impact marketing and client-facing materials that reflect the firm’s commitment to professionalism and clarity.
